PROCEDURE FOLLOWED FOR GRANT OF CONSENT TO ESTABLISH:
Steps to be followed for granting NOC (or Consent to establish) are as follows.

(investment less than 60 lakhs)

Rs .150 /- in DD
Large and Medium Units
Rs. 250/-
Rs. 300 /- in shape of DD
N.B. Demand Draft shall be drawn in favour of Member Secretary , State Pollution Control Board, Orissa
Submission of Application
Project proponent has to submit the project proposals in triplicate. Two numbers of Project proposals in the prescribed formats are received at Head Office and one at the respective Regional Office where the industry is to be established.
Accompaniments with NOC application format:
1. Xerox copy of the PRC/ Letter of intent / Industrial license
2. Xerox copy of Drugs/ explosive/Excise license
3. Xerox copy of permission from the local body in which the industry is situated
