Enforcement of environment regulations particularly Air(PCP)Act, 1981 and Water(PCP) Act,1974 is one of the prime task of the PCI Cell ; which is done through the consent administration. In the first one and half year the objective was set to enforce the regulation in industrial sector primarily and thus thrust was given to the area of industrial pollution. The PCI Cell set up these objective and formulated the following actions plants for effective implementation. |
