Industry and local authority are to affix separate water meters to record water consumption under section 4(I) and as prescribed by OSPCB as a condition of consent order issued under section 25 of Water(PCP) Act, 1974.
Utilisation of cess
Cess remittance to MoEF = 100% of collected amount, periodically
Cess reimbursement to OPCB = 80% of the remittance
