The cost of NOC Application form Rs.25/- in cash or Rs.50/- in shape of D.D in favour of Member Secretary, Orissa Pollution Control Board, Bhubaneswar for postal delivery. The applicant should mention the capital investment of the proposed project while requesting for the application form.

Scrutinization of the application and EIA (wherever necessary) & seeking clarifications / informations if required.

Inspection by Board Officials of the proposed site to verify the siting criteria and make spot assessment.

Placement of the proposal before the Internal NOC Committee (Consent to establish) followed by Consent Committee of the Board for final decision.

Grant of Consent to establish with intimation to the concerned Bankers, D.I.C, concerned Govt. Departments etc. or refuse the proposal with assigning the reason thereof.

Processing of the projects requiring environmental clearance from MOEF, Govt. of India, conducting of Public hearing is a prerequisite for consideration of grant of NOC.
